By accessing or using the AksumBase Service offered by Urban 8 Construction Ltd. (Obuakon Avenue, Greater Accra, Ghana — TIN C0066221935), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

AksumBase Service provides property listing creation, photo optimization, and multi-platform distribution services for real estate agencies and private individuals. Plans and features are described on the pricing page and may change at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about your property.
• Own or hold the necessary rights to all photos and content submitted.
• Not submit content that is false, misleading, unlawful, or infringes third-party rights.
• Not use the service for any fraudulent or illegal purpose.

4. Payment

Paid plans require payment at the rates indicated at the time of purchase. The PROVACI plan is free of charge. Payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Prices may be updated with prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content (photos, text, data) you submit. By submitting content, you grant Urban 8 Construction Ltd. a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and publish such content solely for the purpose of providing the service. All website design, branding, and software remain the property of Urban 8 Construction Ltd.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Urban 8 Construction Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your listings may be removed from our platforms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Ghanaian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
