AksumBase is building its real estate network in Nigeria. Selected candidates will help promote AksumBase.com and support real estate agents, landlords, developers and property professionals who want to publish their properties for free.
We select people based on execution, verified registrations and valid properties added to the platform.
✅ You are not required to sell anything. Your work is focused on promotion, onboarding support and property upload assistance.
AksumBase is completely free for agents and property owners. You simply help them get started.

What You Will Do
Promote AksumBase.com in Nigeria
Introduce AksumBase to real estate agents, property professionals, landlords, developers and owners.
Explain the free listing opportunity
Make it clear that agents and property owners can publish their properties for free during the launch campaign.
Support account registration
Guide agents and real estate professionals to register correctly using your LutinX L.iD presentation code or assigned tracking link.
Support property uploads
Help agents and owners understand how to upload property information, descriptions, photos, locations and contact details.
Help improve listing quality
Encourage complete, accurate and professional property listings.
Generate verified results
Your performance is based on valid registrations and approved properties added to the platform.
What You Will Not Do

Sign commercial agreements on behalf of AksumBase
Promise guaranteed sales or rentals to agents
Represent yourself as the legal owner of AksumBase
Publish fake, duplicate or unauthorized properties

Economic Proposal
The following proposal is a preliminary commercial structure for the Nigeria launch program. Final compensation is subject to written agreement, local compliance, tax validation and final approval by AksumBase.

All amounts are proposed commercial terms and may be adjusted by AksumBase before the final written agreement.

The upside is intentionally aggressive, but only valid, unique and approved property listings count.
Valid Property Rules
Compensation is calculated only on properties approved by AksumBase.
Valid Requirements
Property type (apartment, house, land, commercial, etc.)
Location — city, neighborhood or accurate area details
Sale or rent status
Price or expected price range
Description and key features (rooms, size, amenities)
Photos or agreed photo collection workflow
Agent, agency, landlord, developer or owner contact details
Permission to publish the listing
Property submitted through the correct LutinX L.iD presentation code
Rejected / Non-Counting
Duplicate listings
Fake or unverifiable properties
Listings without permission to publish
Incomplete or misleading data
Properties assigned to another L.iD presentation code
Listings removed for quality issues
Properties uploaded outside the correct tracking process
Properties submitted through manipulation or unauthorized activity
A quality holdback may be applied to bonuses until listings remain active and compliant for 30 days.

To activate your candidate tracking, you must create or confirm your LutinX account. This allows AksumBase to assign your L.iD presentation code and track registrations connected to your activity.

Understand Your LutinX L.iD Presentation Code
Your presentation code is your personal AksumBase tracking code inside the LutinX L.iD system. It identifies the registrations and property submissions generated through your activity.
The code is assigned to you personally
Agents and owners must register using your code/link
Every registration connected to your code is attributed to you
Only approved properties generate valid results
How it works:
Schedule Your Initial Training
Before starting the campaign, every candidate must attend a training session covering the platform, promotion strategies, the L.iD presentation code and quality control.
🏅 After completing the training activity, the candidate will receive a blockchain-verifiable BBadge confirming the new skill acquired.
