Economic Proposal

Important: The following proposal is a preliminary commercial structure for the Ghana launch program. Final compensation is subject to written agreement, local compliance, tax validation and final approval by AksumBase.

Bonus: GHS 15 per valid property + GHS 1,000 milestone at 100 valid properties

Gate: Quality verified, no duplicate or fraud pattern

Days 31–90Country Manager Candidate

Fixed: GHS 3,000/month

Bonus: GHS 20 per valid property + milestone bonuses

Gate: 250+ valid properties and strong local relationships

After 90 DaysCountry Manager

Fixed: GHS 6,000/month

Bonus: Team override + quarterly KPI bonus

Gate: 500+ valid properties, reliability and leadership

All amounts are proposed commercial terms and may be adjusted by AksumBase before the final written agreement.

Note: The upside is intentionally aggressive, but only valid, unique and approved property listings count.

To activate your candidate tracking, you must create or confirm your LutinX account. This allows AksumBase to assign your L.iD presentation code and track registrations connected to your activity.

Step 2

Understand Your LutinX L.iD Presentation Code

Your presentation code is your personal AksumBase tracking code inside the LutinX L.iD system. It identifies the registrations and property submissions generated through your activity.

The code is assigned to the candidate
Agents and owners must register using the candidate's presentation code or candidate-specific link
Every new registration connected to the code is attributed to the candidate
Every property submitted through that registration can be reviewed and counted
Only approved properties generate valid performance results
The code protects attribution and avoids confusion between candidates

Warning: Do not share another candidate's code. Do not submit properties without authorization. Any manipulation, fake listing or duplicate activity may cancel the result and terminate the collaboration.

Schedule Your Initial Training

Before starting the campaign, every candidate must attend a training session. The training explains how AksumBase works, how to approach agents and owners, how to collect listing information, how to use the L.iD presentation code and how quality control works.
