AksumBase is building its real estate network in The Gambia. Your role is not to sell anything — it is to introduce our platform to local real estate agents, property owners, landlords and developers, and support them in using it for free.
You act as a local ambassador: explaining what AksumBase is, guiding professionals through the free registration process, and helping them publish their properties on AksumBase.com at no cost.
We select people based on execution, verified registrations and valid properties added to the platform.

Compensation is calculated only on properties approved by AksumBase.

Not Counted / Rejected
- Duplicate listings
- Fake or unverifiable properties
- Listings without permission to publish
- Incomplete or misleading data
- Properties already assigned to another L.iD code
- Listings removed for quality issues

Understand Your LutinX L.iD Presentation Code
Your presentation code is your personal AksumBase tracking code inside the LutinX L.iD system. It identifies the registrations and property submissions generated through your activity.
The code is assigned specifically to you
Agents and owners must register using your code or link
Every registration connected to your code is attributed to you
Every property submitted through that registration can be counted
Only approved properties generate valid performance results
The code protects attribution and avoids confusion between candidates
How It Works
Schedule Your Initial Training
Before starting the campaign, every candidate must attend a training session. The training explains how AksumBase works, how to approach agents and owners, how to collect listing information, how to use the L.iD presentation code and how quality control works.
